Products & comfort footwear
Groundwork sells barefoot-style comfort footwear designed to support natural foot movement. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you have persistent foot pain or a medical concern, please consult a qualified podiatrist or physician.
Orders & pricing
- All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to accept or decline any order.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is accepted once we send a confirmation.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Please also see our Refund & Return Policy.

All content on this site — including text, images, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to Groundwork and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any product or the use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the Australian courts, without affecting rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
