Solework ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information when you visit our store or make a purchase. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

  • Order & contact details: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address.
  • Payment information: processed securely by our payment providers — we do not store your full card details.
  • Usage data: information about how you browse our store, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

  • To process and deliver your orders and provide customer support.
  • To send order updates and, if you opt in, marketing about new products and promotions.
  • To improve our store, products and shopping experience.
  • To meet our legal and tax obligations.

Sharing your information

We share personal information only with trusted providers who help us run our store — including Shopify (our e-commerce platform), payment gateways and shipping carriers — and only as needed to fulfil your order. We never sell your personal information.

We also use advertising tools, including the Meta pixel, which set cookies and share limited information about your activity on this site with Meta so we can measure and target our advertising.
