At Groundwork, we ship comfortable, foot-shaped barefoot shoes right across Australia. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order.

Where we ship

We ship Australia-wide — every state and territory, including metro, regional and remote areas.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery times & cost

Free standard shipping on every order across Australia.
Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, etc.): approx. 3–6 business days after dispatch.
Regional & remote areas: approx. 6–10 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary during sale periods, public holidays or due to carrier delays.

Order tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Once dispatched, you'll get an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel to your door.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional postage may apply).
