Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they aren't of acceptable quality and the failure doesn't amount to a major failure. The policy below applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our 30-day guarantee
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Because barefoot shoes are sized differently to conventional shoes, we make sizing swaps genuinely easy.
Condition of returns
- Please try your shoes indoors on a clean surface first, so they stay in resellable condition.
- Items should be returned unworn (outdoors), in their original condition and packaging where possible.
- If you've worn them outside and they're not right, get in touch anyway — we'll always do our best to help.
How to start a return or exchange
- Email support@curavishop.com with your order number and whether you'd like a refund or a size exchange.
- We'll reply with simple return instructions and the return address.
- Once your return arrives and is checked, we'll process your refund or send your new size.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method in Australian dollars (AUD), usually within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to show the funds.
Return shipping
If your item is faulty or we made a mistake, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns and size exchanges, return postage is at your own cost.
