Barefoot shoes are sized to give your toes room to spread, so don't just go by your usual size. Measure your foot length and use the size guide on each product page. If you're between sizes, size up.
What if the size isn't right?

Do I need to break them in?
The shoe is ready from day one — it's your feet that adjust. If you're new to barefoot shoes, start with an hour or two a day and build up over a couple of weeks as your feet get stronger.
Are they good for wide feet or bunions?
